Night Skin Care:

Importance of adequate sleep:

• Leads to healthy skin
• Reduces the stress level
• Prevents early ageing
• Regenerates the skin

Benefits of natural night cream:

• Provides necessary nutrients to the skin

• Helps to heal the damaged skin

Night skin care mixture using lemon juice, rose water and almond oil:

Lemon juice juice helps in reversing skin damage & rose water makes your skin look fresh. Almond oil which is rich in vitamin E, helps providing the daily dose of nutrition that your skin needs

1. Take 3 tsp almond oil in a small bowl
2. Add 2 tsp of coconut oil in it
3. Then we add 3-4 drops of rose water in it
4. Add ½ tsp of lemon juice
5. Mix well

Gently massage this mixture on your skin before going to bed


Night skin care cream using fresh cream and olive oil:

1. Take 3 tsp of fresh milk cream in a bowl
2. Add about 10 drops of rose water in it
3. Add 2 tsp cocoa butter
4. Add 10 drops olive oil
5. Whisk this mixture thoroughly till it looks like a cream

Use this cream every night before sleeping.

• Perform a patch test before use
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or any wounds
• Eat proper diet
• Drinking plenty of water
