Suji/Rava Pakora is a quickly made snack with simple ingredients. Eat it plain or with the traditional mint-cilantro chutney. This is a healthy vegetarian/vegan snack for some quick energy.

Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)

1 cup Semolina (Suji)
1/2 cup Curd
1 Green Chilli
1/2 inch Ginger
1 small Onion
1/2 Capsicum
Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Salt to taste
1 cup Water
Oil to fry
